Which is a better course to pursue after completing B.Tech in ME, MBA or M.Tech? Which course should I pursue to get a good salary package?

ME and M.Tech are same, unless you want to go in technical field, R and D and teaching, doing ME or M.Tech is not necessary. MBA is good only if you do from top 50 institutes, otherwise there isn't much difference between an M. Tech and MBA.
Average salary for MBA from IIM is around INR 22 Lakhs th

If you are getting admission in good business management colleges and you are interested in the industry then MBA is a better option. Otherwise, you should go for M.Tech.
