    B.Tech is better as compared to B.Sc, because engineering courses are better that graduation courses.
    Isn't it? Well, it depends totally on you but according to me B.Tech biotechnology would be better. Good luck.

    It's your preference of view. If you are just getting a degree & planning for a coaching then B.Sc is good otherwise B.TECH in biotechnology is good if you get a good college.
