    BCA is a job oriented course so you should go with BCA.
    Well if you want to go with B.Sc then choose some career oriented, job oriented courses like B.Sc in biotechnology, B.Sc in agriculturem etc.

    BCA is better because it has a lot of opportunities especially in future but with B.Sc, only teaching jobs are available.

    BCA and B.Sc (IT) both these courses are same. But comparing these two, BCA is hot and demanding career than B.Sc (IT).
