B.Tech is the best for a bright future and provide good salary in India as well as abroad. But it also depends on the institute/college. In Rajasthan, many institutes like LNMIIT, SKIT & Anand ICE, Jaipur, etc. But I think Anand International College of Engineering, Jaipur provides world class best

If you ask me, BCA is a low level programming course and B.Tech CSE or IT is a high level programming course. The demand for B.Tech is high as compared to BCA. Go for B.Tech.
