BPT is better, as you directly deal with the patient you can earn more, serve more. But, in case of BPO, you will make an equipment (artificial limb, etc.). For the patient, if necessary for patient. Every patient has not required any equipment. But, in physiotherapy every patient have to deal with the therapists after wearing equipment or before wearing equipment.

BPT is considered high level comparative to P&O. Physiotherapy is directly related to patient but P&O is a profession related to making artificial limbs and different aids like AFO, KFO, BKP etc. Physio directly can be called as a physician and P&O can be called as an engineer that makes equipment for the disabled. However, their job is to make the prescribed orthosis or prosthesis. Pt prescribe PO. So according to me, PT is a bit high but if you do it from a reputed institute.
