Dear Anand,
If you are not an employee of any company then MBA is perfect but if you are an employee then E-MBA is perfect.

Both programs are different and offer equal career prospects.(a)MBA,anyone can pursue either as fresher or with valuable work experience,as it's an academic qualification.(b)EMBA can be pursued by only those who have recommended work experience from any sector.
