Both the degrees are entirely different and offer you different types of opportunities. While M.Sc. Is entirely a Science subject, MBA belongs to Social sciences. If you are a B.Sc. -Physics graduate, and are looking for career opportunities in the research field or academia, then M.Sc. Would be a good option for you. Hello! Both are diverse fields; though MBA (if pursued only from a reputed college) is a more lucrative career option. Still, it entirely depends upon your career aspirations.

The decision would be based on your interest areas and long-term career plans. If you want to pursue a career in academics / technical / research areas then M.Sc would be a better option. However, if you want to move into general management / operations side then MBA would be better.

It is worth to start studying a Business Administration degree.
MBA applicants are usually young professionals with a minimum of two years of professional experience. Even senior employees who feel up to the challenge may sometimes apply. After some time in the professional life, it is human nature to seek comfort and to avoid taking risks. MBAs and their connected specialisations will teach you a lot about everything that makes a company tick. You will learn how to:
Manufacture, advertise and sell your products
    Keeping the company's finances healthy
    Maintain the company positive image
    Gather and interpret industry data
    Hire the right people

Well, if you have Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics, all three in your Bachelor's degree you should first understand and analyze that which subject you like the most and you are highly interested in. Then devote atleast a year and evaluate the scope of M.Sc in that particular subject, study it and then select the subject. Don't be in a rush, take your time.
