In my opinion, it is BCA.
Well, if you are looking for a career like a Software Engineer, Developer, etc. then go for BCA. But if you are looking a career in academic research, teacher or professor then go for B.Sc. In simple terms, Corporate Job- BCA and
    Research Job- B.Sc.

Syllabus of BCA and B.Sc IT is similar up to 80 to 90% in various universities. Market acceptance of BCA is little more in comparison to B.Sc IT. Both degrees can only help you to get only entry level jobs and will require acquisition of PG degrees such as MCA and M.Sc IT for a meaningful career.
