If you want to go in technical field, then you must take BCA.

That totally depends on what you wanna do after graduation. I mean if you want to work for a company as a developer then you should opt for BCA but if you want to be a professor then B.Sc. Is a good option for you. It doesn't mean that you cannot work for any company after B.Sc. But you have to work

BCA is a better option as compared to B.Sc because there are more career opportunities available after completing BCA. After BCA, you can pursue MCA, which will give a great career growth. There is a huge demand of BCA and MCA students in IT industry with good salary package.
