Which is a better course to pursue from Amity University, Noida, BBA or B.Com (Hons)?

According to best of my knowledge, I would like to suggest you that Both BBA and B.Com have their own merits. It depends entirely on your interest before choosing either of the courses. If making a career in management is your priority then you should go for BBA as it is the foundation of management and has been specifically designed for MBA aspirants. B.Com on the other hand, is much more diversified and has a wider scope for specialisation for post-graduate study. Thus, it is advisable to first chalk out your skills, aptitude and area of interest before taking up any of the courses. Instead of looking at the money making aspect while choosing a course it is more feasible to choose a course that will give you long-term benefits rather than a short-term. B.Com provides student with a wide range of skills in area of Commerce, Accounting and management. It also helps in preparing the students for business enterprises in Account and Finance roles. BBA program usually includes general business courses and advanced courses for specific functional areas such as Finance, HR, IT, Marketing etc. BBA graduates get entry-level supervisor and junior management positions in various types of industries in different management functions. In order to grow in career a BBA graduate would require an MBA to move up the ladder. If you target is to work in Finance and Accounting then BCom is recommended degree for you else you may opt for BBA. You may able to get entry level job of Rs 3 to 7 Lakhs per annum with BBA from Amity University depending on your academic profile and personality traits.
