In earning point of view, HR is good and if really want to do research, want something different to do, biotechnology is preferable.

MBA in human resource is a popular course among students and it provides good jobs in MNCs in India and abroad.
MBA in biotechnology is also a good course, if you want to do something different then you should do biotechnology.
