    In average level colleges there is very less difference between this, one is autonomous need AICTE approval and MBA need UGC regonised university approval, during placement, there is not much difference, only some colleges provide you 6/8 months internship for practical exposure. In MBA, 2 months are given, but nowadays, maximum of average colleges can provide you 2 months of internship for both PGDM as well as MBA. MBA's cost is less as it is a university program.     Both are similar courses. One is recognised by AICTE and another by UGC. Choose a good college instead of a degree.
