Which is a better course to study abroad: 1 year master degree in bio-medical sciences or 2 year master degree?

    Dear Lavanya, it depends on the country & its education policy. IN USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand & Germany - the masters are generally 1.5 to 2yrs. While in UK, Singapore & some countries they are just 1 year. It also depends where you are looking for your jobs/career later as a USA/Canada degree will fetch you maximum benefits in the same countries. Sometimes the universities make you do rigorous courses in the span of 1 year but the curriculum of the courses can be compared to any 2 years Ms from any other country.
    SO I would say there are lot of factors involved which should be looked at - specially the content of the curriculu

    A full time course will always score better than short cuts if in our country but in many other countries things may be different. It depends on where or in which country you wish to settle in after your studies or study further.
