Which is a better decision to get a good job among doing MBA just after B.Tech and pursuing MBA after M.Tech?

Most of the engineering students go for work in their field, very few interested to go for other work as they start their business or go for higher education in management programs mostly such as MBA. One of my friends did B.Tech in CSE and MBA in Information Technology. Now he is a manager in one of the best MNCs in India. He did his both B.Tech and MBA from LPU and got placed during his MBA.
