I will suggest you to join some company and gain some experience before taking admission in MBA because nowadays experience is more valuable than degree.

As you aim is to do MBA, it will be a good option to go for MBA immediately on completion of B.Tech. M.Tech-MBA may not provide you any direct and immediate benefits.

If you have already decided to do MBA then it would be best to do an MBA just after B.Tech because your 2 years for M.Tech would not be wasted since you are interested in marketing jobs.

If you really want to join a good company and want a decent placement in a reputed company then you can join MBA, because then you'll have both technical and management support. You can gain experience of 1.5-2 years and afterwards, you can join a good B-School.

You get to learn about business communication, business intelligence, human resource management, enterprise management, time management, and much more. Most of the engineering students go for work in their field, very few interested to go for other work as they start their business or go for higher education in management programs mostly such as MBA. One of my friends did B.Tech in CSE and MBA in Information Technology. Now he is a manager in one of the best MNCs in India. He did his both B.Tech and MBA from LPU and got placed during his MBA. I will also suggest LPU go for any programme on basis of the following parameters:

MBA is a better option. MBAs are great for a career change and thriving business opportunities. Graduates of part-time or full-time MBA programs have higher chances of holding a high-level management position and enjoying successful MBA careers. Over 50% of MBA graduates worldwide are senior managers or board directors. I did my MBA at LPU and it has helped me grow professionally and also add a lot to my career growth. Being an alumnus of LPU I would prefer LPU as it provides exposure to various opportunities in terms of internships, workshops, guest lectures, industrial visits, placements, etc. Highlights of MBA at LPU are - 1) Accred
