Which is a better engineering branch among mechanical engineering and biomedical engineering?

Hi,
Both are entirely different fields of study. One deals with machines and its working and all. Do go in this if you are good in physics. They usually get placed in various motor companies.
The other one you can opt if you are good in biology. They also get placed in some reputed companies or labs.
Both are good in their respect. It depends on what you are good at.
