Which is a better engineering college among IIEST, Shibpur and NIT, Jaipur/ Rourkela/ Silchar/ Hamirpur?

NIT - Jaipur, Hamirpur and Rorkela are good engineering institutes as compared to others. The study and placement records are good. The average package offered is Rs.4 LPA to Rs.5 LPA.
