IISc is one of the top rated institutes. Students graduating out from there is held in high esteem in our country and abroad. But IITs are not far behind in their ratings. Infact IIT Kanpur, Kharagpur and others have high ratings among top 10

IISc Bangalore is the best. It is always ranked 1 in MTech.
