    Hello Sourav,
IIMs are considered to be the best of all. If you could manage to get a seat in IIMA, IIMB, IIMC or any reputed IIM, you will be finding lots of opportunities for yourself.
    Good luck.
    Thank you.

There is no match between IIMs and LPU for MBA degree. IIMs are top management institutes with near gurantee for excellent campus placement. LPU is not even in list of top 100 Indian Universities of India for MBA. Dear Sourav,
I am a passout from LPU and have profoundly utilised my time here in shaping my personality along with self-analysis. Unlike other universities, rules and regulations are quite strict here. From academics to extra-curricular activities, thorough support is given by our mentors/seniors, professors and management.
I would say The Business School of LPU is accredited from (ACBSP) Accreditation Council for Business Schools and Programs from the USA ensuring quality education and industry experienced faculties, studying in LPU will get a degree accredited from a body of USA.LPU has recently Marked among Top 50 Best Management Ins

If you're considering an MBA and asking about LPU, it's generally seen as a decent option among private universities, especially if you're looking for good infrastructure, a large campus, and exposure beyond just classroom learning. LPU's MBA programs focus on practical learning through internships, live projects, case studies, and regular industry interaction, which helps students understand real corporate environments. Placements are active, particularly for students who stay involved, build skills, and use the placement cell properly, though results vary by specialisation and individual effort. LPU offers a balanced mix of academics

Choosing between LPU and an IIM for an MBA depends on a student's goals, budget, and learning preferences, and in many practical ways, LPU can be a better fit. LPU offers a more affordable MBA with flexible specializations, strong industry exposure, live projects, internships, and international tie-ups, making it ideal for students who want hands-on learning and diverse career options. The university also focuses heavily on skill development through its Centre for Professional Enhancement, helping students become industry-ready from day one. With a large campus, global exposure, and growing placement opportunities across multiple secto

When it comes to an MBA, IIMs are generally considered the top choice due to their strong legacy, brand value, and highly competitive peer group. However, LPU is a good option for students looking for a more practical, industry-oriented MBA with modern specializations, strong infrastructure, and wide exposure at a more accessible cost. So, if you crack an IIM, that's great, but LPU works well for skill-based learning, flexibility, and overall development.
