Both are good equivalent colleges. You can also check SNDT Mumbai, which is very good for women and TISS Mumbai which is simply the best for women and HR specialisation. -

Among these two, I would suggest Banasthali Vidyapith would be the best MBA college for girls across India as it is Asia's largest women residential university.
