Hi Abhimat,
NIT Silchar is the oldest NIT in NorthEast India. Afterwards TEC has been converted to NIT Agartala. Both have good lab facilities, faculty members and well established campus. The new NITs are struggling to establish proper campus and faculty members. So definitely NIT Silchar and NIT
