Which is a better option after 12th with PCM as my subjects: B.Sc, B.Tech or BE?

You should go for B.Tech. B.Sc is a course which lets you do research work, analysis, and sends you towards a career in teaching, civil services, science, defence, etc. And BE is somewhat similar to B.Tech. B.Tech contains a world of technology and all the things B.Sc course holds.
