If you want to pursue career in technology then BCA-MCA is very good career option. MBA IT will prepare you for Pre-Sales support , Account Management and Business Analysis in IT industry. But you will compete with normal MBA from good colleges for these roles. At the start of career MBA IT is better paid then MCA but in long run both careers are equally good and paying.

If you are planning to get into development than it is better to opt for MCA. However, if you are interested in the managing part or the business, than it is advisable to go for MBA.
