Which is a better option among B.E and B.Tech?
I am pursuing Diploma in civil engineering in final year.

Both degrees are equivalent. B.Tech is awarded by a technical university such as Rajasthan Technical University(RTU), Uttarakhand Technical University(UTU),etc. while BE is given by other universities.
They have equivalent value usage but in case of keeping every other parameter constant and just choosing wether BE or BTech, then I would recommend to go for BTech
