I think, it's related with your interest. If you want to become an engineer you should join B.Tech and if you want to become a scientist, teacher or anything else you should join B.Sc.

B.Sc. is a traditional course where you can only get theoretical knowledge, whereas in B.Tech you get completely practical exposure. Also, B.Tech is good from job perspective.

It depends on your interest and your ability to achieve success in each field. You can go for B.Tech or B.Sc but you will get success in those field in which you are interested.

B.Tech is better than B.Sc. B.Tech has a vast scope, better job prospects, and high market demand.

Both the fields have good scope. If you want to get a job in the technical field, then opt for B.Tech. If you want to make your career in the research field, then B.Sc is the best option. B.Tech is better in terms of career opportunities and salary packages.
