As per me, I think B.Tech has an edge over B.Sc in agriculture as it gives you more opportunities to develop yourself as a person. It also provides you with a vast field for Master's degree and further studies as well. Doing B.Tech from a decent college gives you an ample of opportunity for jobs as well.

B.Tech is a more technical oriented study than B.Sc. And they both have different uses in different areas so, it depends on what you want to do according to your interests and your AIM. And also which course make you eligible for what you are planning to do in your career. While B.sc in agriculture has good scope in india as agriculture is practiced largely in india. And by studying B.Sc in agriculture you can make a big difference in agricultural sector as our farmers are suffering due to climate irregularities.
