B.Tech in biotechnology is better for you because you will get to know about biological science as well as chemical science. Your skills will be more whereas in B.Sc, you will only learn biological science.

You must go for B.Tech in Biotechnology, because it is a 4-year program which is equivalent to M.Sc, which is a 10+2+3+2 system of education. B.Tech opens a better window for your career. M.Sc is just basic science and B.Tech is an applied science.
