Which is a better option among B.Tech aeronautical engineering or B.Sc in aviation to become a pilot?

Hello,
None of the degrees you mentioned are required to be a pilot. To become a pilot you should join a flying institute, gain license and increase flying hours. All the best. If you find this helpful do give an upvote.

For career in piloting, you need to have commercial pilot license awarded after several hours of training under supervision. For that training, you only need to have class 12th with PCM. Both degrees you mentioned will not make you pilot but can be useful in later career.
