Which is a better option among B.Tech and BCA+MCA in terms of scope? What about their starting salary for both options?

I have got 6.8 grade in 10th (CBSE), 80%+ in 12th (CBSE board), 98 marks in JEE Mains 2017. I am not good at chemistry. Which course should I pursue and which are the best colleges for the same in Rajasthan or Punjab?

B.Tech is more attractive to employers that a BCA. Before you will do your MCA, your B.Tech will be completed and thereafter, a job cannot be claimed.
