Which is a better option among b.tech biotechnology, bioinformatics and biomedical engineering?

I have completed my intermediate second year with physics chemistry and biology. Am I eligible for b.tech biotechnology or bioinformatics or biomedical engineering? And which is the best course among the three? How would genetic engineering be?
