Hi,
Both the degrees are totally different from each other. If you have studied Science and Maths in your class 12th, then you can go for B.Tech. In B.Tech, CSE students are exposed to: Grid and Cloud Computing, Databases and Information Systems, Computer Architecture, programme Methodology and Algo

Currently as per market trend job opportunities for CSE graduates is higher in comparison to EEE graduates. But if you want to work in core engineering then EEE is a better option.
