Which is a better option among doing BBA+MBA abroad and pursuing B.Tech+M.Tech (dual degree) from Vellore & then MS abroad?

As per your choices. That you have mentioned here, the best option is to do B.Tech and M.Tech and then MS as after completing MS from abroad. You will have a plenty of options and can have a very comfortable life ahead.

The 2nd option is better if you can have good references, better internships & industrial exposure till M.Tech level. It'll fetch you more satisfaction later.
