Both are different departments. Both are different expertise. IIT is rather a brain game while NDA is more physical game. Both have tremendous scope, your choice. -
Prepare for IIT. It will give you prestigious college, and will lead a great life in technical field. But, going for NDA will give a chance to join the proud nation's army and a prestigious life. The choice is all your's.

6 years agoBoth are two different things. One is technical and other is patriotic. After B.Tech degree, you can also join NDA, but it all depends on your interest. According to me NDA is more respected and prestigious. Both are best in their field. NDA is honorable job with good salary.

NDA salary from Lt. Col level 12A is between INR 1,21,200 to 2,12,400. The same for Col. level 13 is INR 1,39,600-2,17,600. It is INR 1,44,200-2,18,200 for Maj General Level 14.
NDA salary for Lt. Level 10 is INR 56, 100 to 1,77,500. The salary for Capt. level 10 B is INR 61,300-1,93,900. NDA Salary for Major Level 11 is INR 69,400-2,07,200.
NDA admit card is released one week before the exam day. NDA 1 hall ticket is expected in April. The call letter for NDA 2 will be released in September. Candidates can download their admit cards online only.
