    Both are good, if you choose IT engineering then you can learn only about software and if you choose CS then you can learn hardware and software. Both have lots of opportunities in future.

    Computer Science engineering students study about design, implementation, and management of information system of both software and hardware processes. Information Technology deals with installation, development and implementation of computer systems and applications.
    The major difference between both these field is that IT deals with the application of computing technology to real life processes, while, Computer Science deals with the science that facilitates these applications.     As a computer science engineer, I will recommend you to opt for CSE because it covers the whole syllabus of IT as well as it has extra too.

    CSE is better Because in IT you will be taught about networking and software Only.But in CASE you will be taught about networking+software+Hardware etc. From my view CASE is much better.
