Dear Princhi,
I would recommend you to kindly visit both the campuses and then decide which is good for you, there you can meet the students, faculty members, talk to their placement cell, check the library, etc. Apart from that, you can check the reviews for both the campuses.
Both the institutes have their own value though they come under the same society but the management is entirely different.

JIMS, Rohini and JIMS, Kalkaji are under the same society. The selection criteria of both the campuses are almost same and it depends on the cutoff of scores in various competitive exams.
JIMS, Rohini is the first established campus and this year it is completing its 25 years of success.
