    Hello,
    See whichever specialisation you choose depending upon your knowledge, you can create scope and opportunity
    but yes, in Nagpur, definitely, marketing has a huge scope
    whereas both have equal importance.

    If you have the capability of taking the risk and have good communication skills then marketing is better. Choosing marketing improves your skills like speaking skills, presentation, problem solving, quick decision, quality improvement, etc.

    Before choosing your specialisation, it would be advisable to retrospect the kind of person you are. If you are a outgoing person, too lots of energy to drain, with love to travel, networking person, then marketing is the thing for you. MBA marketing will not only build but also polish all these likings of yours, if you are prefer to not do a field job, are a people person, are more of policies and processes person, then HR is perfect match. Coming to the point of difficulty - LKG is difficult for LKG students. So if cannot decide on the kind of person you are, then of course any course will be difficult.

    Irrespective of the specialisation, you can opt for marketing or HRM. In terms of difficulty, it is dependent on individual to individual. According to me, HRM would be a bit tougher as subjects like labour laws, psychology influenced subjects are taught.
