Which is a better option among MBA and PGDM after completing engineering?

PGDM and MBA, both have the same value. In India, only universities can offer an MBA degree. As a result, most of the top colleges in India like IIMs, XLRI offer PGDM only. So, your choice must only depend on the quality of the college and not the title of the course.

MBA is better for this generation. So, many challenges were upgraded day by day and mostly Master degree is important.
