Which is a better option among MBA and PGDM in terms of future job opportunities? I have completed my B.Com.

Hello Anurag! A PGDM degree is considered equal to an MBA. Both degrees are equally good; what matters the most is from which college you are pursuing it. For example, an MBA from a below average college has no value as compared to a PGDM from an IIM or non-IIM.
