Which is a better option among MBA in HR or MBA in marketing with respect to salary and workload?

MBA in HR has slightly lesser salary due to its nature of being an office job, so probably lesser workload. In marketing, if you get sales profile then you have to probably travel a lot. Hence, accordingly, salary and incentives are also more. HR is better if you want a stable work-life balance.
