Which is a better option among MCA and M.Tech for a good job? Which course will provide me more options in IT field?
I couldn't understand whether to do MCA with BCA or go for M.Tech with B.Tech?

Hi,
If you can qualify the entrance exam and are eligible for M.Tech then you should go with this.
