Doing masters is to make you employable . MCA is Three year course without any specialisation. By doing a specialised masters programme Abroad you can get employment easily. In this case you should have interest in programming and other aspects of computer and It industry. If you have good management aptitude and confident that you can become a good manager and not interested in programming then MBA is a good option.

It depends on your interest and preferences. If you want to have Software Development career in IT industry then MCA is a better option. If you want to have Techno Managerial job in IT industry such as Pre Sales support, Account Manager or BA then MBA is better option. If you want to change and join other industries then MBA is a better option.

If you are interested in Computer field go for MCA.Otherwise, an MBA degree from a good college is always advantageous to get a Job. Personally I would suggest MBA.

It depends on your mode of interest. If u want to make a career in business world or want to start your own venture you should join mba. As your background is bca, u hv technical knowledge in the relevant field. So if u r interested in your stream u must go for mca. Try to understand your own wishes, passion and then decide. Choose a good college whichever may be the stream. Wish you good luck. Thank you.

As per my understanding, The pay scale of a BCA graduate after MCA is more than an MBA. If one has qualities like leadership, business management skills, risk management, etc. Should definitely go for MBA course. Also, if one has lost interest in the IT world after completing BCA then he/she can opt for MBA. I will suggest yo to choose MBA, MBA has been a dream career for many students and has become one of the most searched careers as compared to other post-graduation programmes. An MBA is a degree that allows students from various backgrounds to apply. I can enlist some university for your help -
    Geeta University
    J. D. Birla Institute
