Which is a better option among NIT, Rourkela for mining and VSSUT, Burla for CSE?

Hello,
The placements of NIT-Rourkela, mining department is really commendable in terms of placements and curriculum, where as on the other hand, VSSUT-Burla CSE is not extraordinary and promises just one mass recruiter and handful of IT companies. Still I would say if you have interest in CSE, then go for it because interest should be prioritized more than any other factor.

8 years agoNIT, Rourkela is a known college for mining. It is among top 100 engineering institutes of India. In my view Mining from NIT-Rourkela is better option. Unless and until you have a serious interest in computer science.
