Which is a better option among NIT-Surathkal, IIT-Delhi, BITS-Pilani and Goa campus for CSE? I am getting all of these.

If you consider the teaching quality all the institutes are at par with each other. but if placements are taken into consideration you can consider IIT Delhi and NITK.

IIT-Delhi is the best institute to pursue CSE.
