Hi, It is a tough choice to make, but I would have chosen NIT JAMSHEDPUR any day over BIT MESRA. See in the end it would be a NIT, and also don't expect much difference in academics in both institutes and also as far as I know there are also chances of PSU placement in NIT. So, go for it.
