Hi, It is a tough choice to make, but I would have chosen NIT JAMSHEDPUR any day over BIT MESRA. See in the end it would be a NIT, and also don't expect much difference in academics in both institutes and also as far as I know there are also chances of PSU placement in NIT. So, go for it. Hello Vishal, One should not compare oranges with apples. Production engineering versus mechanical and NIT-Jamshedpur versus BIT-Mesra. In every batch situation changes. Some year it could be better at Mesra while in some years it could be better at Jamshedpur. Both are quite good choices and grab
