Which is a better option among pursuing B.Sc and M.Sc abroad and doing B.Sc in India & then doing M.Sc in Canada?
I am a student of class 11th with science+CS+maths.

It depends on what you choose. India is not a bad country either for both the degrees. If you have chosen Canada then go for it.
