BCA makes you adept at the application level of computers whereas B.Tech makes you proficient at the technical level (Software, Hardware, applications etc. ). It depends upon your interest. After BCA for a better career one should for MCA also but in case of B.Tech. You can immediately look forward

In my opinion, you should choose that stream in which The colleges have Best placement statistics. Doing B.Tech will save your 2 years as Generally B.Tech (CSE) is equivalent to the BCA+MCA course. If you choose BCA then you have to do MCA from BEST colleges as Doing BCA from best colleges not gives
