If you have decided to go for Mass Communication and Journalism field then I would suggest after 12th start your career in B.J. M. C. course and then apply for Masters in mass comm or PG Diploma. Or Else you can do is pursue B.A. And then go for master in mass comm. I completed my PG Diploma in Mass Communication and Journalism from NIMCJ after B.Com.

You have the option of B.A. /B.Sc and B.J. M. C. Let me tell you very clearly that out of these three options, B.J. M. C. is a professional degree that will open several gates for you. There are many colleges providing B.A. And B.Sc. Degree. So, don't go for that. B.J. M. C. is a three-year degree course that makes you a professional of Journalism and communication field. Further after completing B.J. M. C. you can pursue Masters in the same field or in some other field.

    Hi Avipriya,
You can pursue mass communication after class 12th (with science /commerce /arts background). You have the option of BA /B.Sc and BJMC. Let me tell you very clearly that out of these three options, BJMC is a professional degree that will open several gates for you. There are many colleges providing BA and B.Sc degree. So, don't go for that. BJMC is a three-year degree course that makes you a professional of Journalism and communication field. Further after completing BJMC, you can pursue Masters in the same field or in some other field.
I Hope this will help you.
    Thank you.
