Which is a better option among regular B.Sc in life science from Rayat Bahra University and pursuing it through distance from IGNOU?

Hi Sahil, I suggest you to keep it regular. Being a life science student, I would suggests you to be a regular student, as we learn a lot just by observing and the practical part is also important. Good luck. -
If you are willing to do another course or work with your Bachelor's degree then I would suggest that you take admission in IGNOU. With this, you can pursue 2 degree courses at the same time.
