Among your three careers, following are my recommendations based on opportunities and career growth in the order of precedence: B.Tech Chemical Engineering, B.Sc Maths, and B.Sc Chemistry.

Hi, How are you? Well opting for B.Sc is such a good choice as it is different from that of B.Tech. If you further want to go in research field then choose M.Sc and then Ph.D from a good college. Go for it! Thank you and keep asking!
