I have completed my 10+2 exam & have also participated in WBJEE and JEE Mains in which my rank is 194443.

It mainly depends on your interest, but according to me, if you want to start your business in food industry, then you can opt for the food tech, as this field requires less capital in starting as compared to the biotech.
